My first date back on Pacific Northwestern soil. I am SO VERY itching to play. Peanut shells on the floor, incomparable beers on tap, my cousin Tom doing the door and singing harmonies... PLUS the possibility of local guest musicians hopping up and jamming with me in that unique-in-all-the-world, Northwestern string-music style. I love it and I hope you'll be there.

The Merchants of Crossroads Bellevue invited me to play as part of the Singer-Songwriter showcase they do four thursdays each month.  Crossroads Bellevue hosts tons of music, community events and a farmer's market to boot. I've got a feeling I'll be right at home.

THIS IS IT ! ! ! PORTLAND ! ! ! The rain, sun, and coffee in the air, the tattoos, bicycles, and songwriters everywhere, ahhh... my soul breaths deep. Friday the 13th is the lucky day of my return, but I've never been afraid of the date. After all, as I learned in Burma rencenty I was born on a Friday, but that's another story... I'll be including new material from my pre-sabbatical releases, IN PICTURES and PLAY IN THE YARD. Why, I'm so excited that I'm going to go break a mirror right now just to celebrate.
